    cигнал питания АСС - 12В не обязателен ! ( он висит в воздухе .... никуда не приходит - 30 Мега ом ) а ВАТ - 12В питания нужен ! второй минус GND - не нужен ! Помогло сначала *прожарка* двух микросхем памяти DDR1 на 64 Мб ( но не надолго ...) решило проблему - замена памяти с компютерных планок DDR400 т.е. D6408DLLBTG5AN 2ШТ. ВОТ НАДОЛГО-ЛИ ???
