Немножко повеселила 5 строка даташита :P :

Final Release Date: Jul 8 2001 Firmware Version: 1.07 Chip ID# 107F

8 лет будет 8 июля . Олдовый предок 327 елма. Найти - уже нереально да и смысл в поиске ?
