Hi all, hoping there is some information on which tool can read/write the Opel Me3.1.1 ECU? Is it a 512k or 1mb flash?

 

Even better if anyone as an original file to look at also!

Please also immobiliser, I am assuming this is in the flash as it is a hybrid ecu?
