Techstream could not communicate with ecu

I am using a 2 device 1- vxdiag nano      2- MongoosePro JLR 

I use  2 laptop 1- win 7 64 bit   2- win 10 64 bit

Please help

Скорее всего нет соответствующего драйвера комовского порта
