    Для начала обратитесь в оф. сервис - прошить язык Вам смогут за пол-часа. Вот по поводу ограничителя - слышал за таких кулибиных, но не стыкался. У нас 4 TGA-шки, все пришлось русифицировать - там у них заморочка - нужно давать запрос в Германию при прошивке.
