Здравствуйте! Подскажите пожалуйста почему выскакивает вот эта ошибка (фото)?

Я уже пробывал устанавливать на чистую WinXP SP3, но ошибка всё ровно выскакивает!

Может кто знает как бороться стакой ошибкой? Спасибо за помощь!

Поменял ось на сборку от ZVER, заработало, на SP2, SP3 и WIN7 не работала.
