В каких случаях надо его прошивать?

В моем случае, проблема возникла во время обновления-разрядился не вовремя бук, ПО в полном объеме не стало. Теперь пытаюсь реанимировать.

Нужно то-же, но для одноплатного. Заменил FT232RQ - ПК стал его видеть, но не как нужно.
