Может кто сталкивался зарядка не поднимается выше 12.2 в 4-х контактный разьем присутствует напряжение игн, и по цешке лампа зарядки и + аккума. отсоеденяю провод управления эбу зарядка поднимается до 13.5 в как то так

Скорей всего регулятор мандит. Отсоединяешь только от компа, остальные три на месте остаются?
