Так купите блеать панель и учитесь на ней. BGA они умеют реболить, а найти чип 8 копыт или пересчитать как бга-шник с тойотой ни куя. Мистика. Да, еще, кто же в Москве так цивика 2012- боится - в 5-ти местах отказали человеку, со мной в цене не сошелся.
